Ancient Healing & You

When we know ourselves to be more than our physical bodies, more than matter alone, we implicitly acknowledge the world of spirit, of energy. Energetic healing is the re-balancing, revitalizing of our energies to re-balance and revitalize ourselves and our lives.

This non-medical health and wellness modality is intrinsic to being human. If you fall and skin your knee, you automatically put your hand on your knee. Though in may not be conscious, this directs energy to the knee to assist the healing. As such healing methods are made conscious and deliberate, they bring more benefit.

This type of healing has most likely been around since the dawn of humanity.

Is this the type of healing practice by Jesus of Nazareth?

Such healing practices are mentioned by Mary Magdalene in I Remember Union, and by Mary Magdalene’s mother  in The Third Mary. In fact, the Third Mary has shown me an updated such practice, Original Connection Rememberance, which I have since begun sharing with others.

I believe energetic healing is vital to our well-being as well as our personal and planetary evolution. I, my clients and workshop attendees have experienced much accelerated healing and personal growth through such practices.

So I’ve developed a new book, Chakras Alive! that integrates and expands knowledge of our main chakras, the energy vortices that nourish us.

Chakras Alive! is a personal, multi-level guide offering many points of entry to new worlds of possibility for personal healing and evolution, with art, poetry, channeling, meditations, energetic healing and additional support methods for activating your 7 main chakras plus your Earth Star and Wholeness chakras.

If You Can’t See/Feel/Taste/Touch It, Is It There?

The excerpt I shared from The Third Mary in my previous blog post explains that

“Historically, the human creation was able to access the Unseen Realms more easily overall in the past. Now the veils are lifting and freedom of exchange has vastly increased. You know when you communicate with the other side, as it is called, that you have allowed yourself to open more fully to the non-physical, and it is well you do so, for you must fully acknowledge all aspects of Divinity within and beyond your sense of self in order to help co-create Heaven on Earth.”

All of the physical world has “non-physical” aspects, as non-physical simply refers to what we humans are typically able to perceive with our 5 senses.  Similarly, that fact that a dog sees only red, black and white does not mean there are no other colors to be perceived.

The more aware of the Universe we become, the more fully we become players in it, and the more consciously we can experience our life and the creation of our true desires.

For truly vibrant health and well being, greater awareness of our “non-physical” aspects are required.

A couple of months ago, I felt compelled to begin channeling the chakras, in order to provide more direct information to attendees of an upcoming class, rather than referring to resources written by others.

It started by asking “What do the chakras want us to know about them?”

This has led to the creation of an entire book, Chakras Alive! Exploring & Expanding Your Inner Rainbow, to help you develop a more personal, visceral experience of your chakras and their potential.

Each section has 7 parts – a drawing and poem, both designed to activate the particular chakra; a message and meditation from the over-lighting energy of the chakra itself; questions to consider regarding its main themes; an energy exercise to support the chakra; and a list of additional ways to nourish it.

Each section goes beyond healing to truly expand the capacity of each chakra and catalyze your evolution.

Besides the 7 main chakras, 2 additional ones are covered – the Wholeness and Earth Star chakras. And a final section is included on Putting It All Together, with information on how all of the chakras are involved in your health, career, sex life and finances, and a special closing meditation.

I have learned a ton through this, including new information on the Infinite Freeway connecting each chakra with all of your past, future and parallel lifetimes. And I am much more conscious of the chakras and my personal chakra system.

I am very excited about the prospect of sharing Chakras Alive! with you! The manuscript is currently being reviewed by several readers I’ve selected to give feedback. I anticipate publication being complete by mid-April, possibly sooner.

Giving Thanks & Original Connection Remembrance

On this day of heightened opportunities for gratitude, I want to thank all of you who read and follow this blog, all who have been a part of the creation of The Third Mary: 55 Messages for Empowering Truth, Peace & Grace from the Mother of Mary Magdalene, all that has helped me connect with the energy of the Third Mary, and all of the love, grace and insights she shares with me and us.

I am so honored to be a steward to her sharing, and to sharing Sacred Feminine energies, and am so fulfilled by this and the ongoing growth required.

The Third Mary’s Original Connection Remembrance process has brought me such visceral experience of my origins in Heaven and Earth. I so look forward to sharing more of her work with you, and to teaching others how to use this process for themselves.

In keeping with the season’s spirit of giving, I’m offering an Original Connection Remembrance session by love donation to the first 3 people who respond in the next 3 days. About Help Being on the Way

Help is always on the way. It may not always look the way we imagined it, or in the time frame we prefer, but the more we’re open to it, the more readily we can connect with it.

That’s not the desperate wanting of it, necessarily, though I’ve experienced that kind of miracle as well, but being in the place of feeling that yes, this is possible; yes I can imagine feeling better; yes, I actually do feel somewhat better considering this possibility;

as well as the eyes-on-the-prize “yes, the resolution is what’s coming down the pike; this is where I’m focusing my attention; this is what I’m feeling flowing through me now, even though the externals appear the same at the moment.

I’ve heard it said that if things appear negative, it’s because the story isn’t over yet. I believe that’s true.

Sometimes great persistence is required to work with oneself, to lean toward the positive, when we are unhappy with a current situation. So everything that can help us to feel more centered and balanced becomes even more meaningful.

That’s one of the reasons I’m so looking forward to sharing an energetic healing training this weekend.

I believe we all need tools to help us work with our own energy, to balance, soothe, reconnect with aspects of ourselves, accelerate self-healing and prevent increased dis-ease, so we can live our lives more fully and capably.

And it’s a wonderful gift to be able to assist others with their energy too. All with natural abilities that are literally available at our fingertips, intention and know-how.

Energetic healing is simple to learn. It’s natural to us.

It’s simply that our culture has taught us some very unnatural things, and that many of us have come, or returned, to such abilities later in life.

Recently, the Third Mary has been showing me some energy work she says is similar to what they used to do in her coven, during her lifetime as Mary Magdalene’s mother. She says it’s an updated version.

I’ve experienced this work within myself and begun sharing it, Original Connection Re-Memberance, (OCR) with others.

It helps us to connect more fully with our Original Light, the specific, individual facet  of Source from which we first came forth, and our particular, individual connection to the Core of Mother Earth.

It builds a stronger connection, a place for greater flow and communication of energies, between Heaven and Earth through our being, as part of our larger Galactic Citizenship.

It makes me feel stronger in my sense of purposefulness and ability to implement it in this dimension.

I feel this deep within me. And I really like how that feels.

I look forward to showing others how to facilitate OCR on themselves as part of An Evening with the Third Mary on December 22, 2014, which will also include a brief reading from The Third Mary, and a new channeled message from her.

Just Past the Last Place On Earth . . .

This weekend, Fri., Aug. 8th – Sun. Aug. 10th, the People’s Fair will take place in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula. I’ve attended most of the last 20 years that it’s been running, originally on the grounds of New World Books, the shop owned by its creators, Glenn and Bob, in Houghton, then on the property of Pat Hendricks in Baraga, and after a few years hiatus, behind Prospector’s Paradise, just north of Calumet, where it continues.

Having a group of people come together for the purpose of healing is always powerful. And the laid-back, beautiful outdoor setting this event has always had, combined with the good intentions of all involved, and the strength of the bonding over the years, makes it even more powerful, more healing, more miraculous in many ways.

Each year is a unique experience for me. I so look forward to seeing those who’ve grown dear to me over the years, who I typically see just this one time a year, and to those wonderful souls I’ll meet in this year’s grand new adventure.

Much thanks to Alex & Darlene Fogatti and their daughter Charla for all the hard work and care they put in to making this a great event, and to all who are adding their beautiful energy and efforts to it.

And I’m looking forward to sharing my new books here, The Third Mary and Goddess Heart Rising as well as related channeling, guidance sessions, Goddess prints, LaHo-Chi healing and Light Activation Bodywork.

More On Union

Experiencing oneself as an integral part of the whole is a great feeling, and something I believe we all yearn for.

Every bit of peace we experience brings us closer to this state.

Last night I facilitated a LaHo-Chi Circle, which offers a sample of this healing energy to a group.

It smoothed energy in and around us, and helped bring movement to some old energetic blocks – an opening, a beginning, an opportunity for more healing to continue to flow.

I saw bodies relax, breath deepen, faces smooth; felt energy being absorbed, moving and shifting energy patterns toward greater peace and harmony.

It’s a profound gift to have this kind of tool readily available. I’m so grateful to my teachers and to their teachers and to all who have helped support this energy’s accessibility to us.

Utilizing the LaHo-Chi energy has not only allowed me to facilitate more healing for myself and others, it’s also one of the factors which helped bring forward my ability to channel, eventually leading to my receiving the messages of The Third Mary.

Next month I will train more people to be able to access the LaHo-Chi and Angel Light energy for themselves and others, something I was first led to do in 2000, and more and more people will be able to benefit from this gift, this beautiful tool that brings more love, light and wisdom, more opportunities for experiencing Oneness and Divine Love, to the Earth plane.

It’s deeply satisfying to be able to share this gift, and to continue to learn and grow with it.

How I Learned to Channel, Part 2 of 4

campanulasTo heal from a health challenge, I’d had to explore my previously unbeknownst to me spirituality, and discover energetic healing.


When I learned LaHo-Chi (which stands for love, light and wisdom moving through the horizontal/Earth plan to work with your chi/life force energy), it brought this type of ability forward.

When the LaHo-Chi energy is invoked, the facilitator moves quickly and easily into a state of expanded perception, in which visions and/or messages for oneself and/or the recipient of the healing session may become available.

LaHo-Chi energy is also known for helping to bringing one’s natural psychic gifts forward.

I experienced visions and messages pretty much every time, and frankly, I wasn’t very comfortable with this, being anxious about perceiving, remembering and conveying these messages and visions correctly.

Then a fellow healer came over to receive one of my “practice sessions.”

To be quite blunt, he came in whining – not about any particular complaint, but of life in general.

He quickly relaxed into the session, however, and all proceeded as usual. Including my experience of inner images and messages.

In this case, I saw a “Charlie The Tuna”-like cartoon figure who clearly said, “Quit your whining!”

Now how could I deliver this message that seemed so offensive and that I agreed with?
