Things will not continue “small” and “same.” Ask to adjust frequencies when you’re alerted to potential overwhelm. Call upon me, and call upon all those who love and support your nature, which are many.

Ask them what you can do to better support them as well, when you recognize their own potential overwhelm.

And adjust your expectations accordingly. You may be surprised by some of the suggestions and requests, but they will all fit together accordingly.
